Legal assistance in general labour law issues, such as:
- Preparation of employment contracts;
- Preparation and conducting disciplinary proceedings;
- Elaboration of internal regulations, nominal relationships, labour audits and assistance in human resources.
We represent employers and workers in all phases of the employer/employee relationship, from negotiating and drafting of employment contracts up to their expiration.
In this area, as in all the others, we always try to avoid litigation, whenever possible, giving importance to conciliation and mediation.
We prepare studies, opinions and information on the most important matters of the employment relationship: employee evaluation manuals, policies and contracts that define and regulate the employment relationship, including employment contracts and termination agreements, etc.
